Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the Crock Pot.
- In a bowl, mix together the ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir to combine with the sauce.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
