A quick and delicious Creamy Ranch Chicken recipe made in the CrockPot, perfect for busy families.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional for searing)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional for garnish)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Optionally sear the chicken breasts in a skillet with olive oil for a few minutes to lock in flavor and juices.
- Place the chicken breasts into the CrockPot.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning mix, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken in the CrockPot.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 240–360 minutes or HIGH for 120–180 minutes, until the chicken is tender and shreds easily.
- Optional: Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, microwave or warm on the stove. Can freeze for up to 3 months.
