Ingredients
- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 ounce)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until blended.
- Place the seared chicken in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it, ensuring even coating.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).
- For serving, sprinkle cheese on top in the last few minutes of baking and garnish with parsley.
