Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet Italian dressing mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces angel hair pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the Crock Pot.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup and the Italian dressing mix, then pour it over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the angel hair pasta according to package instructions.
- Stir in the sour cream to the chicken mixture in the Crock Pot and let it warm through.
- Serve the creamy chicken over the cooked angel hair pasta and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
