Description

A delicious and easy meal featuring tender chicken and flavorful vegetables simmered in a creamy ranch sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth together.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Add chopped vegetables on top.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 240-300 minutes until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
  7. Shred the chicken before serving and stir everything together.

Notes

Serve hot over rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles. Can also be customized with different vegetables.
