A delicious and easy meal featuring tender chicken and flavorful vegetables simmered in a creamy ranch sauce.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped potatoes
- 1 cup chopped celery
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth together.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken.
- Add chopped vegetables on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 240-300 minutes until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Shred the chicken before serving and stir everything together.
Notes
Serve hot over rice, mashed potatoes, or noodles. Can also be customized with different vegetables.
