Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes (6 hours) or on high for 240 minutes (4 hours) until the chicken is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Serve over rice or pasta. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
