Description

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In one dish, mix the breadcrumbs, half the Parmesan cheese, and the Italian seasoning.
  3. In another dish, beat the eggs and milk together.
  4. Put the flour in a third dish.
  5. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, then dip it in the egg mixture, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Cook the chicken in olive oil for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
  8. Mix the remaining Parmesan cheese with the mozzarella, minced garlic, and spread this mixture over the chicken.
  9. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
