Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In one dish, mix the breadcrumbs, half the Parmesan cheese, and the Italian seasoning.
- In another dish, beat the eggs and milk together.
- Put the flour in a third dish.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, then dip it in the egg mixture, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Cook the chicken in olive oil for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish.
- Mix the remaining Parmesan cheese with the mozzarella, minced garlic, and spread this mixture over the chicken.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
