Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or high for 180-240 minutes, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Shred the chicken in the sauce before serving.
Notes
Make sure not to overcook the chicken. It should be tender, but not dry. You can also add vegetables like onions or bell peppers for more flavor.
