Description

A simple yet delicious crockpot recipe combining tender chicken, savory au jus gravy, and ranch dressing with a hint of tanginess from pepperoncini peppers.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix (approximately 0.9 oz)
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix (approximately 1 oz)
  • ½ cup (1 stick) salted butter
  • 6 pepperoncini peppers

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts evenly in the bottom of the Crock Pot to form a single layer.
  2. Sprinkle the au jus gravy mix and ranch dressing mix evenly over the chicken breasts.
  3. Place the stick of salted butter directly on top of the seasoned chicken.
  4. Distribute the six pepperoncini peppers around the chicken inside the Crock Pot.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Remove and shred the chicken with two forks, then return it to the Crock Pot.
  7. Mix thoroughly with the juices and sauce before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding garlic or sliced onions. Adjust pepperoncini based on spice preference.
